Products are offered for sale in their existing condition, with customers assuming full responsibility for their purchases. Refunds will only be granted in instances where the purchased items are found to be damaged or defective. However, we do allow exchanges for specific categories including Bras, underskirts, petticoats, and Tops.

Items that are bought at their regular price are eligible for exchange, contingent upon their return in their original condition. Please note that products purchased during discounted sale periods are not eligible for exchange.

To initiate an exchange, kindly notify us via email within 15 days at [email protected], and we will facilitate the return pick-up process for you. Exchanges will be applicable exclusively for Bras, as we maintain a no-returns policy for Briefs, Panties, Swim Bottoms, and One-piece Swimwear due to hygiene considerations. While returns are not feasible for online purchases, exchanges can be arranged when applicable. Please be aware that there might be return pickup charges.

For items with defects, they should be returned within 2 weeks from the original shipment date. It is important that all items returned to us retain their original condition, including attached tags, and are free from any odors or stains. The evaluation of the returned item(s) will be at the discretion of DAG apparel Pvt ltd.

Furthermore, the item must not have been used, washed, or worn. If an item has sustained damage during the shipping process, please return the damaged bag along with the item. Regrettably, original shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.
